Joeri Tulkens is the CEO and co-founder of IntelliProve, a MedTech startup based in Ghent, Belgium. He holds a PhD in Health Sciences from Ghent University and specializes in digital health, AI-driven diagnostics, and preventive healthcare. His company, IntelliProve, develops AI-powered technology for contactless health assessments using optical facial measurements to analyze heart rate, respiratory rate, and stress levels.

Under his leadership, IntelliProve has secured €1.25 million in seed funding and is expanding its digital health solutions across Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, France, Germany, and Denmark. Joeri is dedicated to advancing remote patient monitoring and AI applications in medicine, aiming to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and data-driven.
